The introduction of new and interesting characters — which sometimes can be unnecessary and confusing — only enhances this already great story. So yes, now that another boy Russel is angry on our little girl Evie cause in the meantime she transformed him into view spoiler [an angel as well hide spoiler ].
inttuition Evie then discovers that Reed and Zephyr are captured by the Dominion and Evie must save them. And one more time. Her heart belongs to Reed, her soul belongs to Russell, and her blood belongs to this Irish guy. Book Review: Intuition (The Premonition #2) by Amy A. Bartol
Bartol Summary by Goodreads: There are so many negative stereotypes about women and girls with troupes you come to expect in old timey books written intuution men. From the second I met him I wanted in his pants. That is never for the best. For some time, they’re doing good job with hiding, but of course just for some time.
Always wanting to sacrifice herself for others who want amu protect her- and have at least gazillion years of experience more than her in how to handle some situations. We know that you boarded a bus. I love this series, and I absolutely adore the characters in this book.
I rate a little differently. Off to book 3. In the meantime they have some troubles but nothing that big-guy Reed can’t handle.
Nie, nie i jeszcze raz nie. She is left with “the love of her life” Reed he is the hot angel if you’re confused and so life goes o I’ll try to mark all the spoilers here, but if you haven’t read the book one and you’re planing to then don’t read my review.
And what’s with the accent!!??? This book…was almost the death of me. However, I kept trudging through. It’s not just a continuation of Reed and Evie trying to avoid angels hell-bent on destroying her soul or jntuition the earth of her.
He thickens the air I breathe, choking me with intuitino scent…his aroma. Oh, boy there was so much going on in this book!!
Or should she go away with Russell and expect that nothing is going to happen to her new family? I will probably read book numero tres because now predictable Evie is probably going to sneak intuihion to “save” everyone else and bartpl faerie vamp all by herself because he has her old elementary school friend, but let me not make assumptions because Amy Bartol has been consistent in surprising me and doing the complete opposite of my assumptions I did love that because it really showed me the depth of his feelings for her.
The other protagonists and love interest, Russel, has a better understanding and respect of ontuition for her as warrior and intellectual equal or superior but he is easily dismissed for this toxic attraction to Reed.
Intuition (The Premonition, #2) by Amy A. Bartol (1 star ratings)
There is an underling tone of sexism and toxic possession between the two main protagonists that keeps making me roll my eyes. I differently recommend anyone whose interested in a new YA Paranormal series give this one a try. And Alfred’s downfall is now forever engrained in my head. bratol
Im just blooming bored! She has to resist. Book ratings by Goodreads. Overall, I cant recommend this second book either. Excuse me while i go back and read like the whole book again and not just my favorite parts. Bartol does a good job of creating action-packed scenes barotl captivate you and do not bore you.
However, one would think that if Meyers was going to force us to suffer through an entire book without Edward, we would at least get some sort of climatic ending that made it all worth it. They want her for themselves after Alfred has taken her soul. Luckily it wasn’t long. One second, an entire ginormous hall full of angels wants to kill her. He reminded me of that character in twilight that was part of the Volturi that no one ever notices because they are too preoccupied with Edward.
Of course it does. Not enough development for Brennus, weak plot and character choices, and very unsatisfying ending. She is never going to choose him and it irritates me because Evie keeps leading him on and putting him in danger!!
For the most part, her body and her naivety is what the predominately male supporting characters want from her. I hate Russell and Brennus. It was worth it! View all 40 comments. I like the conflict laid out. Mar 09, Bonnie Shores rated it it was amazing Shelves: I tore through this story with neck breaking speed.
